Orders can be telephoned through direct to our Sales Department on 01252-377292, faxed on 01252 547979, e-mailed on sales@jharris.co.uk or posted. On receipt of any order details are checked for correct prices, delivery address, date required and any special instructions from the customer.

Our Sales Team can assist in identification of components should the need arise.

A delivery note is enclosed with all parcels giving details of items and quantity enclosed and prices charged along with the customers order number and delivery destination.

If required we can show the customers own reference number by each part ordered for ease of identification. Should in the unlikely event a delivery not arrive when expected our sales team can report on the expected delivery or produce proof of delivery including time delivered and who signed for the parcel.

Our records are extensive enabling us to assist with customer enquiries relating to new and past orders quickly and efficiently.

Stocked components are delivered to UK customers within 24 hours of receipt of order whilst specialist orders can be supplied within 48 hours.

For some of our larger customers schedules and forward orders are delivered at a time and date convenient to them at regular monthly intervals. We are able to supply J.Harris products in your own brand packaging. We can deliver to a central store, warehouse or to individual depots. If required we can deliver under plain wrap direct to your customer. We are specialists in organising seafreight and airfreight deliveries for V.O.R and stock orders for overseas customers.

From a Jiffy bag to palleted containers we can arrange delivery when you want it and send it to where you want it.
